This matter comes before the Court on the application of Lawrence Morrison P.C. (“Morrison”), counsel to the debtor in this case, for compensation for services rendered to the debtor before and after the appointment of a chapter 11 trustee. Because § 330(a)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code does not authorize the payment of compensation to an attorney for a debtor, other than a debtor-in-possession, Lamie v.
