Affirming,
Appellant and plaintiff below, Sarah Belle Baisden (nee Cox), inherited from her mother a small parcel of mountain land in Lawrence county, containing between ten and twelve acres. On March 8, 1917, she sold and conveyed it jointly to her older sister and her husband, the appellees and defendant® below, William and Sissie G-ibson, for a cash consideration which was paid at the time.
