Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Canfield, J.), entered November 9, 1994 in Ulster County, which, inter alia, granted defendant’s motion for a money judgment pursuant to Domestic Relations Law § 244.

In the stipulation of settlement of their matrimonial action that was subsequently incorporated, but not merged, in the judgment of divorce, defendant agreed to be responsible for all outstanding income tax liens and deliver the appropriate releases to plaintiff. She, in turn, agreed, within 30 days of the receipt of the releases, to pay defendant $15,000 in monthly…
