Before the court and raising an issue on which there is a paucity of authority is a petition to review an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy discharging a bankrupt under 11 U.S.C. § 32 (Sec. 14 of the Bankruptcy Act) over objections duly lodged by a substantial creditor.
