In this action of ejectment, Sarah Salter, the real plaintiff below, anil defendant in error, demanded oí Mackentile, an undivided fourth part of a house and lot of ground in the city of Philadelphia, and obtained therefor a verdict and judgment. In the judgment thus far, no error is complained of. . But the plaintiff also demanded in the same writ, not an undivided part, but the whole, of a strip of ground two and and a half feet wide, part of a lot upon which a frame, dwelling-house was erected.
