Caldwell v. Carroll

This is an appeal from an order of his Honor, Judge Wilson, overruling separate demurrers interposed by the defendants in the four cases above entitled, and refusing motions by them to require the complaints to be made more definite and certain.

The four cases named are identical in character. It will be convenient therefore to consider the case first stated, SusanA. Caldwell et al. v. J.L. Carroll et al., the result of such consideration being made applicable to each of the other three cases.
