This appeal, in effect, involves an application addressed to a Justice of the.Supreme Court at Special Term, Part I, for an order directing that a. subpoena duces tecum to be issued in the future, in the manner provided by section 119 of the Workmen’s Compensation Law, should be obeyed. There is no basis for any such procedure.
