Kulvie v. Bunsen Case Co.

Andrew Kulvie was killed in the Bunsen Coal Company’s mine October 28, 1909, and his widow brought this suit to recover damages. The cause was tried' and submitted to a jury under the third and fourth counts of the declaration.
