Saunders v. Erickson

Action was begun on January 4, 1921, to recover payments made on a land contract. Trial was had to the court without a jury, in August, 1921, and on August 25th findings, conclusions, and judgment were entered in favor of plaintiff for the amount of payments made under the contract, with interest.
