Defendant was charged with driving a motor vehicle upon the public highways of Sheridan County, Ne braska, on February 3, 1963, while under the influence of alcoholic liquor, contrary to the provisions of section 39-727, R. S. Supp., 1961. Defendant entered a plea of not guilty. Upon a trial in the district court, the jury returned a verdict of guilty.
