COPELAND, Justice.

Defendant argues numerous assignments of error on appeal. We have carefully considered each assignment and conclude that the trial court committed no error which would entitle defendant to a new trial.

By his first assignment of error, defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying defendant’s motion to suppress the evidence seized from defendant’s automobile during a search pursuant to a warrant.
