I continue to believe, as I explained in the panel opinion, and as Chief Judge Wood’s dissent so persuasively .argues, that the state court failed to fulfill the Supreme Court’s mandate to review juvenile confessions with special care, and unreasonably held that Dassey’s confession was voluntary.
