Beasley, J..Plaintiffs, Robert A. Lins and Otto E. Wendel, president and secretary-treasurer, re spectively, of Teamsters Local 299, brought suit against defendants, Evening News Association, publisher of The Detroit News, and Fred Girard, et al., for damages for libel. After lengthy discovery, the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of defendants under GCR 1963, 117.2, subds (1), (3). Plaintiffs appeal as a matter of right.
