This case was presented to the commission, division No. •1, and an opinion written affirming the judgment of the district court. A motion for rehearing allowed, and re-argument had before the court.

The action is in equity by two tenants in common to quiet title to certain lands against two of their cotenants and the heirs of a third cotenant. The claim of the plaintiffs is based upon adverse possession for a period of 10 years and involves a farm of 80 acres, which will hereinafter be designated as tract B.
