Anheuser v. West Lawn Cemetery Co.

Mrs. Anheuser is the owner of a lot in the West Lawn Cemetery at Racine. The defendant corporation sold her this lot on the 16th day of November, 1934, and gave her a deed in accordance with a contract which provided for the erection of one monument at the center of a lot and the placing of markers flush with the ground at the head of each grave.
