1. Appellants, Melquíades Chavez and Yolanda Chavez, as co-personal representatives of their son Melquíades Chavez, Jr. (Chavez), deceased, and individually and as parents and next friends of Mike Chavez and Melanie Chavez, their minor children, appeal from a trial court order granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee, Sundt Corporation (Sundt).
