Appellant seeks review of the judgment of the county court of Cook county overruling its objections to an application for judgment for delinquent taxes levied against its property.

Appellant, a Greek letter fraternity, objected that its property was used for charitable and educational purposes and was therefore exempt under the laws of the State of Illinois as that of a charitable corporation.
