March 26, 1904, Prank Kieshkowski was struck by the shafts or the wheels of a light express wagon coming from the north on Dickson Street, Chicago, while he was attempting to cross that street from the east to the west and about midway between Division and Blackhawk streets. The wagon and the horse hitched thereto was the property of H.
