This is a motion on behalf of a trustee in bankruptcy to have himself substituted as plaintiff in this action, which is a judgment creditor’s action to set aside certain transfers, confessions of judgment, executions thereon, and convey- . anees of real estate, made by the Lesser Brothers, the judgment debtors, on October 2, 1896.
