Before the Court are the Motions for Summary Judgment, filed by the Georgia Lottery Corporation (hereinafter the "Plaintiff" or "GLC") and Bryan Scott Owens (hereinafter the "Debtor" or "Defendant"), in the above-styled adversary proceeding.
