The jury rendered a verdict for defendant. Plaintiff appeals from the judgment.
Defendant is engaged in generating, distributing, and selling electric energy and owns and operates power transmission lines in Stearns county and beyond. One such line, running south along state highway No. 23 and carrying a current of 34,500 volts, crosses the highway diagonally from the east to the west side about a mile and a half east of the village of Roscoe.
