OPINION
By WISEMAN,- J.
On April 16, 1940, this court appointed Florence Hasty as guardian of the person and estate of Nellie S. Weller, *191an incompetent person, and on December 27, 1940, said guardian filed a petition in the Probate Court to sell the interest of said ward in a piece of real estate. The ward and all other persons having an interest tfierein were made parties defendant as required by §10,-510-16 GC. Proper service has been made on all the defendants.
