Appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of San Benito County, and from an order refusing a new trial. A motion was made to dismiss the appeal from the judgment, on the ground that the notice of appeal purports to appeal from a judgment entered on the 29th of March, 1884, whereas the record shows that no judgment was entered until the 30th of April., 1884.
