This is an original application for a writ of habeas corpus which, upon hearing, the majority of the court has dismissed, remanding relator to trial.
The indictment contains two counts, the first charging a violation under what is known as the Allison Amended Act, passed by the Fourth Called Session of the Thirty-fifth Legislature, page 55, of said Act.
