This case is before us for the second time. In our prior decision, the panel held that reversal of defendant’s convictions was required because the trial court abused its discretion in limiting defendant’s presentation of character evidence. People v Brownridge, 225 Mich App 291, 295-298; 570 NW2d 672 (1997).
