¶ 1. A Tishomingo County jury convicted Cliff Hensley1 of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, and the trial court sentenced him as a habitual offender to serve twenty years in the custody of Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). Cliff previously filed a direct appeal of his sentence, which was affirmed by the Mississippi Supreme Court. Hensley v. State, 72 So.3d 1065, 1070 (¶ 15) (Miss.2011) (Hensley I).
