In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Minardo, J.), dated November 19, 2015, which denied their motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the plaintiffs’ motion which was for summary judgment on the issue of liability insofar as asserted by the plaintiff Olga Mamar against the defendants Rumi S.
