Appellant Eplurivus West appeals the order of the Sebastian County Circuit Court denying his motion to dismiss a petition contesting a will filed by Appellees Mary Jo Williams, James Earl West, Rose M. West, William R. West Sr., Erma Faye Hamilton, Thomas K. West, Clarence M. West, Lottie G. Posey, and Gloria Sue Shephard. On appeal, Appellant argues that the will contest was not timely filed and, thus, should have been dismissed.
