Before the Court is Plaintiff Chevron Puerto Rico, LLC’s (“Chevron”) motion for a temporary restraining order (“TRO”) and preliminary injunction (No. 2). Plaintiff Chevron, previously known as Texaco Puerto Rico, Inc. and Texaco Puerto Rico, LLC, filed the instant action against Defendants José L.
