This is a suit instituted in the circuit court of Peoria county to recover upon a policy of insurance, insuring John Edward Schleicher against bodily injuries effected directly and independently of all other causes through accidental means (excluding suicide, sane or insane, or any attempt thereat, sane or insane), and providing for the payment of the principal sum of $7,500 in case of death to Dollie M.
