Appellants Marion E. Goode, individually and for the benefit of Orlin Goode, Marjean Goode, Marrene Goode King, and Burkley Goode, the children of James Emerson Goode (the Goode children), and Orlin Goode as Independent Executor of the Estate of James Emerson Goode bring this appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appel-lee Mohammad F. Shoukfeh, M.D. 1 We reverse in part and affirm in part.
