This cause comes before the court upon the *315appeal of plaintiff Linda Kreighbaum from the judgment of the Medina County Court of Common Pleas in favor of defendant-appellee, Buckeye Local School District Board of Education, on plaintiff-appellant's claim for back pay and corresponding benefits allegedly due her as a result of appellee having placed her on a salary-schedule step lower than that to which she was entitled pursuant to R.C. 3317.13 and R.C. 3317.14.
