MEMORANDUM OPINION

GARRETT, Judge:

David Bradley Dominiak (Appellant) was stopped by an Oklahoma Highway Patrolman (Trooper) for driving erratically. The trooper detected bloodshot eyes and the odor of alcohol. The Trooper then administered sobriety tests. Appellant was arrested for DUI. He was requested to submit to a breath test to determine his blood alcohol content. Appellant consented to the test and the results showed he had a blood alcohol content of 0.15.1 Appellant’s driver’s license was revoked.
