Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Edward McLaughlin, J.), rendered *244March 4, 1987, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree and conspiracy in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 20 years to life and 10 to 20 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
