*379 A jury convicted defendant, Eric Anderson, of the first degree murder of Stephen Brucker under the special circumstances of murder in the commission or attempted commission of robbery and burglary. It also convicted him of conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary and two counts of *380 residential burglary. It found defendant personally discharged a firearm during the commission of the murder and conspiracy.
