Plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted in the superior court of Okmul-gee county of the crime of grand larceny, and her punishment fixed by the jury at imprisonment in the state penitentiary for a period of two years.

Defendant contends, first, that the court erred in overruling her demurrer to the evidence of the state as being insufficient to support the verdict of the jury, for the reason that the state failed to prove the venue.
