STEVENS, Chief Judge.

Catherine Fish, contestee in the lower court, appeals from an adverse lower court judgment in an election contest.

The facts which are pertinent to this decision are as follows: Mrs. Fish, hereinafter referred to as appellant, was seeking re-election as a Republican Precinct Committeewoman for District 27, Madison 2 Precinct, Maricopa County, Arizona, at the 8 September 1964 primary election.
