Findings of Fact.

On May 11, 1914, the following agreed judgment was entered in the district court of Travis county:

"Lizzie E. Williams et al. v. W. C. Evans et al.
"No. 29979. May 11, 1914.
"This cause being on trial, the parties, plaintiffs and defendant, on this day came before the court and announced to the court that they had agreed on a judgment to be entered in this cause, whereupon the cause was withdrawn from the jury, and the following judgment is entered by agreement of the parties and adopted by the court, to wit: That judgment be and the same is hereby rendered in favor of the…
