The Montana Bank of Red Lodge, the plaintiff, appeals the decision by the District Court of the Thirteenth Judicial District, Carbon County, denying its two motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, one regarding whether a partnership existed between defendant Aileen Lightfield and her son, Lee J.
