— I. L. Campbell and S. M. Campbell sued the J. I. Campbell Company, the Tyler Land & Lumber Company, and the Warren, Corsicana & Pacific Bailway Co., in the District Court of Harris County, for the purpose of having receivers appointed for the named defendants. The plaintiffs in the petition filed in that proceeding represented that they were stockholders in the defendant corporations named, and were also creditors of the same, and that the corporations named as defendants were in imminent danger of insolvency.
