Herbert Strange, appellant, and Houston Stewart, appellee, are brothers-in-law. Stewart married Cleo Strange, Herbert’s sister.
Herbert and Cleo bought a small farm in Green County for the purpose of providing a home for their aged father, Cleaver Strange, who was blind and partially deaf. At the time of the purchase Cleo was living in Greensburg with Houston. Upon purchasing the farm she moved to it in order to care for her father.
