This is an appeal from an order of the criminal courts of Delaware County denying Jerold Richardson’s (appellant) Post Conviction Hearing petition. Appellant was originally indicted and convicted of the murder of Roy Wunder committed on September 20, 1954. The jury found him guilty of first degree murder and imposed a sentence of life imprisonment. Appellant appealed Ms conviction to this Court and we affirmed. Commonwealth v.
