This appeal is from the judgment of the circuit court of Lake County dismissing, without an evidentiary hearing, defendants’ petition, filed under the provisions of the Post-Conviction Hearing Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 122—1 et seq.). After a jury trial in the Lake County circuit court, defendant Selzer was found guilty of unlawful possession and unlawful delivery of more than 500 grams of cannabis.
