The facts of the case are as follows:
By act dated June 28th, 1895, the Oakland Land Company sold to Joseph A. Gautreaux a tract of land in the City of Kenner “having.a front on the North side of Kenner Avenue of 576 feet, etc. * * * said tract of land is bounded on the upper side by lands belonging to Michel A.
