In an action to recover damages for wrongful death and personal injuries, plaintiffs other than Nathaniel Williams in his individual capacity appeal from a judgment of the *941Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered. September 8, 1971, in favor of defendant the Long Island Rail Road, upon a jury verdict. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. The appeal did not present questions of fact.
