Plaintiffs Viviane CoriatNGaubil (“Gaubil”), Viva, Inc. (“Viva”), Brava, Inc. (“Brava”), Napa, Inc. (“Napa”) and Icora, Inc. (“Icora”) brought suit against Roche Bobois International, S.A. (“RBI”) and Roche Bobois U.S.A., Ltd. (“RB USA”) for 1) breach of fiduciary duty, 2) a declaratory judgment that a January, 2010 document is unenforceable, 3) breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, 4) intentional interference with contract, 5) violations of the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, M.G.L. c. 93A, and 6) civil conspiracy.…
