Wesley McCallister instituted a suit against the Texas Company, a private corporation, in the form of trespass to try title to recover 80 acres of land situated in Stephens county. Another suit of like character was instituted against the same defendant by C. E. Sikes to recover a tract of 135 acres in the same county. The two suits were consolidated and tried at the same time.
