This statutory proceeding for support of a child is a sequel to prior matrimonial litigation in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Bronx County, and the Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, Washoe County; and it illustrates the exclusiveness and nature of this Family Court’s jurisdiction to order prospective support of the child of a father residing or domiciled in the City of New York after divorce of the parents by decree entered outside the State of New York.
