This is an action of ejectment in which the plaintiff seeks to recover the possession of a parcel of land containing an area of 3.27 acres, situate at Hononliuli, city and county of Honolulu. The plaintiff proved the paper title to the laud showing title in itself under a lease for a term of fifty years commencing J anuary 1, 1890, made by J ames Campbell, as lessor, to B. E.
