Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Balbach, J., at plea; Browne, J., at sentencing), each rendered April 19, 1984, convicting him of murder in the second degree under indictment No. 2436/83 and burglary in the second degree under indictment No. 2756/83, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.
